New home in Balgowlah

Occupying an enviable position over looking North Harbour with spectacular sweeping water views across to Manly and North Head. 

Dated and in need of moderisation and set well back on a relatively small sloping block, our clients  wanted to create a large modern family home with a tropical Balinese feel.

 

The final design is orientated for optimal solar access and views yet  protected from neighbour oversight.  Based around a series of pavilions, the living spaces blend with the gardens to create a timeless and serene sanctuary,  to be enjoyed through all seasons.  Beautiful textures and colour of natural stone and timber, blend with the luscious vegetation to create a modern tropical design.
